Report: Russia to insist on grain exemption from sanctions in law

MOSCOW, Dec 12 (PRIME) -- Russia will insist on legal formalization of an exemption of grain and fertilizers from sanctions, Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko told channel Rossiya 24 on December 9.

"We keep on insisting that exemption (from sanctions) be fulfilled by changes in the papers rather than explanations with no legal power," Grushko said.
